Atlantic 10 Women’s Basketball Statistical Breakdown: Entering Conference Play 12/28

As we enter into conference play, most teams have around eleven to thirteen games in the non-conference slate. George Mason, George Washington, La Salle, and Loyola Chicago have also played one of their eighteen conference games earlier this month. Looking into major statistical categories is always my favorite part of looking at teams entering conference play, but that could be because of having a big math background from high school and as a current business student in Western New England. Now that we have hit the midway point of the season, it is a good time to look at where all fifteen teams stand in the conference nationally in all major categories (courtesy of NCAA.com). Going down this bigger sample size, from what we looked at earlier this season, we can see that George Mason, Richmond, Saint Joseph’s, and Duquesne are at the top of most of the major categories. Let’s go and take a look at what we can learn from each of the fifteen teams in all of the major categories!
