There’s a new #1 in town! A GREAT week from UMass, as the Minutewomen jump from #4 to the top of our power rankings thanks to a 2nd place finish in the Gulf Coast Showcase, taking down South Dakota State and Kent State (who beat UCLA to advance) before falling by just five points to #13 Iowa State. The Minutewomen also had a road win at Providence. Rhode Island falls one spot after a tough loss to Long Beach State. Davidson and George Mason each moved up one spot, while Saint Louis continues their free-fall down to #8.
