Primo Spears was named A10 Rookie of the Week for week 1 of the 2021-22 season, the Atlantic 10 conference announced Monday via twitter.
In two games, Spears is 12-for-27 from the field and 3-for-10 from beyond the arc. Spears led the Dukes in scoring Saturday against Hofstra, notching 17 of his 31 points on the season, and averages about 30 minutes/game.

Spears and company will look to bounce back from a touch loss to Hofstra Saturday as the Dukes host Weber State tonight at the Cooper Fieldhouse at 7 p.m.
