Massachusetts recently landed Maryland transfer Jaylen Brantley, but Matt McCall doesn’t seem to be done. Memphis transfer Keon Clergeot told Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports that Massachusetts is one of his top two schools. Clergeot is apparently also considering Florida Gulf Coast. He’ll visit the Eagles on May 4th and Massachusetts on May 11th.

Keon Clergeot averaged just 9.9 minutes per contest but managed to score 3.8 points per game last season. The 6-1 rising sophomore will have to sit a year, but he’ll have three remaining seasons of eligibility beginning in 2018-19. The Minutemen could use all of the backcourt help they can get after rising sophomore DeJon Jarreau recently announced his decision to transfer from the program.
