Fairfield transfer Curtis Cobb commits to Massachusetts

Grant LabedzBy Grant LabedzApril 16, 2017No Comments1 Min Read

It was announced on Saturday night that Fairfield transfer Curtis Cobb would be heading to Massachusetts. The rising junior will sit out next season and have two years of eligibility remaining with the Minutemen. Cobb averaged 12.5 points and 4.5 rebounds for the Stags this past season. He was Fairfield’s second leading scorer in 2016-17. Matt McCall has been involved in a lot of potential transfers this offseason, but this is his first commitment. Cobb should add some depth in the backcourt for the Minutemen in a couple of seasons.

Fairfield transfer Curtis Cobb has committed to UMass, per a source.
