Dayton to play at Alabama November 15th

Alabama released its non-conference schedule Wednesday and announced they’re set for a rematch with the Dayton Flyers. When these two teams faced off a year ago, things got out of hand. Dayton rolled all over the Crimson Tide, winning by a final score of 80-48. Charles Cooke and Scoochie Smith led the way in the Flyer’s strong performance, scoring 21 and 15 points respectively. Now as senior leaders, Cooke and Smith will hope to do the same a year later.

One thing Alabama has going in their favor for the November 15th matchup is home-court advantage. Not having to face Dayton inside the wild compounds of UD Arena can only help the Tide. If the Flyers want to grab a solid win early in the season, they will have to get it done on the road.
