The Dayton Flyers were picked to finish first in this season’s Atlantic 10 but it was far from unanimous as four teams in total received first place votes. The Flyers (12) joined No.2 Rhode Island (8), No.3 Davidson (4) and No.4 George Washington (1) in that group, while last year’s preseason No.1 and eventual Atlantic 10 tournament champ, received no first place votes but checked in just outside of that group at No.5.
The A-10 released their all-conference selections as well, with four players making the jump from 2015 Second Team selections this past March to First Team picks heading into this season.
