Fans of several A-10 teams got a chance to watch some of their recently graduated players take a stab at NBA action, this time in the watered down version known as NBA Summer League.
None were more impressive than Orlando rookie and recent A-10 champ, Andrew Nicholson, who dropped 24 points and 12 rebounds in his first taste of the league.
Several players did not play due to coaches decisions, but fans of those players will get a chance to catch their guys in action tomorrow during the following games:
11AM – Philadelphia (Lavoy Allen, Temple / Chris Johnson, Dayton / Devon Searcy, Dayton) v Utah (Tony Gaffney, UMass / Mike Green, Butler)
3PM – Detroit v Orlando (Bradford Burgess, VCU / Kevin Anderson, Richmond / Justin Harper, Richmond / Andrew Nicholson, St. Bonaventure)
5PM – Brooklyn (Bryant Dunston, Fordham) v Boston (Dionte Christmas, Temple / Stephane Lasme, UMass) (replayed at midnight)
