Richmond senior T.J. Cline will be one of the better players in the Atlantic 10 next season, but before he takes the court with the Spiders, he’ll be playing a little ball this summer. This past week, Cline was selected to play in the Nike Skills Academy, an honor that is shared by just 60 high school and college athletes around the country. The Academy will take place July 25-27 in Los Angeles and will feature a series of drills and competitions as well as guidance from some of the best in basketball.

T.J. Cline had an incredible junior season with the Spiders, averaging 18.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game. He also shot 55.8% from the field last year. With the work he’ll get at the Academy, Cline will be ready to have an even better senior season with the Spiders this year.
