Miami (Ohio) transfer Marcus Weathers to visit Duquesne

Miami (Ohio) transfer Marcus Weathers has Duquesne on his radar, and he plans to visit the Dukes on April 22nd. Weathers averaged 9.7 points and 6.0 rebounds per game as a freshman for the RedHawks. He’ll have to sit one year but will have three years of eligibility remaining starting in the 2018-19 season.

Keith Dambrot just added guard Eric Williams Jr. from the Class of 2017, and now he’s got his head in the transfer market. According to Jon Rothstein, Weathers is also visiting Colorado State and Charleston in the month of April. Dambrot has two scholarship spots to fill before the start of the 2017-18 season.
