Coming up at 5:00 we have Belmont vs Saint Louis. Here is the game thread!
 
This is a sneaky big game for both Saint Louis and the league. Belmont is up to 68th in Kenpom and should be the favorite to win the OVC. This could end up being a Quad 1 or Quad 2 win at the end of the season if SLU pulls it out.
 
Saint Louis not impressing thus far.... Will have to see how things turn out. Down 9-5 early to Belmont
 
Muszynski to the bench with 2 fouls there was big. Need to keep attacking and scoring. Turnovers are killing SLU right now though. 7 giveaways through 12 minutes.
 
Can't be turning the ball over this much... freshman mistakes.
 
Couldn't agree more with Travis Ford. Offense has been abysmal for the Billikens, but he praised their half court defense. Have to get better form the line as they are 3-10...

Loved the effort and intensity this team showed. I felt like last year's group played passively at this point in the season (some of that might have been due to a bad lockerroom presence with Carte'Are Gordon). Seems like the freshmen are meshing well, Hasahn French is playing out of his mind, and SLU has 7 or 8 guys that can score the basketball. Looking forward to where this season goes. Billikens with 1 very good win under their wing and 0 bad losses.
