Davidson (+3) vs. Marquette

Only one A-10 game to watch today, but it's a pretty big one for the Wildcats who are off to a slow start to the season. Marquette is led by national POY candidate Markus Howard and plays a very similar game to Davidson, relying pretty heavily on the three ball. Most of the P5 opponents Davidson has played thus far have been able to out-muscle the Wildcats in the post, and JAG and Kellan Grady haven't been able to get going to keep up. I don't think that will be the case today, as this game is more likely a shoot out.

Prediction: Marquette +3

I meant Marquette (-3) in the prediction above, but I think the point stands. I've been real surprised the lines Davidson has been getting. It seems in the eyes of Vegas and Kenpom the Wildcats have barely fallen from preseason expectations. I know they destroyed UNC Wilmington and Nevada, but all of the Wildcats' losses have come by double digits...
