PHOTOS: St. Louis Bests Purdue Fort Wayne At Both Ends of the Floor

The Billikens showed they can flourish offensively while tightening down on defense with a convincing 91-60 victory over Purdue Fort Wayne University in the first game of the Acrisure Invitational. For the third game in a row SLU had a different high scorer. Guard Dion Brown had a season-high 21 points, going 8-9 from the field. Overall, 11 different Billikens scored. Defensively, SLU held Purdue Fort Wayne to season low shooting percentages from the field and from beyond the arc while holding the Mastodons to 26 points below their season average.
