Another week is in the books! Richmond takes back over sole-possession of the #1 spot, receiving six of nine first place votes, while George Mason picked up the remaining three votes. Duquesne moves up this week into a tie for the #5 spot, a mark that matches their highest-ever ranking in this poll, and their highest of the season, after an impressive win at Davidson. The ‘Cats on the other hand slip to a season-low 7th place after four loses in five games. Loyola Chicago moves back into the #8 spot after a 2-0 week with wins over UMass and St. Bonaventure. A few big games on tap this week, as Duquesne hosts Richmond on Wednesday, Saint Joseph’s faces Davidson on Saturday and George Mason battles VCU on Sunday in Fairfax.
