Us VCU fans are new to the A10, and with that comes the pleasure of getting to experience some new arenas.

So for you current A10 teams, what do you think are the best venues in the league?

Of the current A10 venus, I've only been to two...Richmond and Dayton (actually did an internship at Richmond so worked in the Robins Center), and should have gone to see us play at GW in the CBI but didn't make it.

I think (and I think UofR fans will agree I'm sure) that the Robins Center is a nice size but could use some renovations. LOVED the size of Dayton's arena (was there for the first ever First 4), and definitely have a GREAT memory there, really a big time atmosphere there, and Dayton fans are amazing basketball fans...so really excited about getting back there for a game.

Really looking forward to some nice road trips (and I'm sure every A10 fan is salivating at a chance to go to their teams game at Hinkle Fieldhouse).

I have never been to either but Chaifetz at SLU and Cintas at Xavier appear to be the premier venues in th A10.

Chaifetz looks ridiculous to me personally. That is one awesome-looking basketball arena.

I went to Dayton's arena for the First Four round when VCU played USC. I was really impressed with their facility.

Rhode Island has a heck of a facility too. I had tried to forget my one and only trip there.

It's like the DAC at Drexel except even more awful.

I think it was built in like 1928. Seriously.

Oh yeah, and I still vote for Chaifetz at St. Louis. I'm seriously jealous.

For the most part, those are pretty solid. Fordham and La Salle aside.

Also, judging solely from these pics, I think SLU has the best.

From those pics alone, I agree with @RTutton that the mighty Billikens have the best looking arena.

All the venues are decent except for Fordham and LaSalle. At least Fordham's Rose Hill Gym has some history.

Here is an updated picture of the Cintas Center. A lot better than the first pic. Ribbon boards all the way around, HUGE state of the art center court scoreboards, etc.

A lot of good venues in the A10! Welcome Butler and VCU!
